Dress code is smart casual, comfortable. Hats and scarves are not allowed on the flight.
It is mandatory to have an original passport or Emirates ID. 
Before the flight is required to pass registration, weighing and briefing.  It is forbidden to use flash photography during the flight.
Flights of 12, 15, 17, or 25 minutes with a group or individually are available for booking.
Flight altitude 270-300 meters.
You are allowed to bring and use smartphones, amateur video and photo cameras during the flight.  Professional cameras (lenses 400mm and larger), selfie sticks, and tablets are prohibited. It is forbidden to bring water and food on board the helicopter.  The administration reserves the right to prohibit bringing aboard objects that will be considered dangerous or cause discomfort to other passengers during the flight. Lockers will be provided for the duration of the flight. 
Children from 2 years of age are allowed on the flight.  Pregnant women are accepted up to 32 weeks of pregnancy.
